INSPECTION REPORTS
The legislators of the State of California have seen fit
to prescribe by law regulations to insure that buyers are protected
from structural damage due to pests, fungus, or dry rot. ABLE
Exterminators goes far beyond the requirements of the law by employing
only the most qualified and experienced inspectors available.
Once the inspectors field report is back in our office,
our expert office staff takes over. Your report is produced using
sophisticated computer software developed specifically for our
company. We have gone to great lengths to insure that our reports
comply fully with the law but yet are still as readable and understandable
as we can make them. Finally, your report is reviewed by a senior
inspection staff member before we allow the final copy to be sent
out to you.
What's In An Inspection Report?
- NAMES & ADDRESSES:
- All the parties who are to receive
copies of this report are listed. Keep in mind that we also file
one copy with the State Pest Control Board as well.
- A general description of property and a brief summary of
the inspectors findings.
- FLOORPLAN DIAGRAM:
- A simple diagram of the areas of the
property that were inspected with the location of the inspectors
findings marked with the code number/letter that matches the written
portion of the report.
- INSPECTORS FINDINGS & RECOMMENDATIONS:
- The text or body of the report usually starts with some descriptive text about
your property and what portions of the property this report was
limited to. Then follows the actual findings (i.e.; damage or
infestations) that our inspector found followed by the procedures
that we recommend to remedy the problem.
- PESTICIDE WARNINGS:
- If we felt it necessary to recommend treatment with pesticides, the report finishes
with the appropriate warnings for that treatment.
